                      Sydne L.
Originally from Helena, MT. College brought me here, and I stayed because Missoula felt like home.
The Pilates ball is my fave prop - perfect for adding challenge, variation, and a good stretch to any move!
When I’m not teaching Pilates, I love a slow soft life. Some downtime, listening to a podcast and going for a good walk, or spending time with my husband, family, and friends.
Music is my personality, so you can expect a little bit of everything in my classes! My favorite genre is R&B—lots of SZA, Kendrick, and similar vibes—but I also love some good upbeat songs to keep the energy high and the flow fun.
Your time is sacred, and I’m honored you choose to spend it with me. My goal is for you to leave class feeling proud, rejuvenated, and excited to come back, knowing you invested in yourself.
Go-to’s in Missoula:
Missoula has so many gems! Black Coffee is a must for AM espresso, Waterworks is my favorite year-round hike, Noteworthy is perfect for unique finds, and GFS is basically my second home.Personal mantra:
My personal mantra is “less is more” - creating space for what matters by focusing on quality, intention, and simplicity. -

                      Elle
I’m from Minnesota / South Dakota. I moved to Missoula for college and never left - I mean whats not to love about our cute little mountain town?
I love a good booty focused workout so ankle weights are a go-to for me. Those tiny bangles can really make a big difference... who knew 1lb could be so heavy! I'm also in the midst of a serious pilates ball phase so expect to see them waiting for you on your mat!
When I am not teaching Pilates, I love to travel and am always trying to find my way to a beach. I am a bit of a foodie, both on vacation and not, and always like trying new restaurants and tasting new wines. When the weather is nice in Missoula you can find me soaking in the sun with my husband, two dogs, and friends and often taking long weekends to Swan Lake.
I became a fitness instructor because it was the closest I could get to being a DJ... I love music and put a lot of thought into each of my playlists. My favorites songs span just about every genre but most are chill rap, funky pop, or vibey alternative tunes. My current artist obsessions are Kendrick, Kali Uchis, and Suki Waterhouse. Expect to hear a bit of everything in my class, throw backs and new tracks alike!
I want each of my clients to leave their mat feeling recharged and wanting to come back for more. My classes are a space for people to take time and focus on themselves, feel confident in all their body can do, and to cultivate positive energy for the rest of their day.
Go-to’s in Missoula:
I am currently living at Clyde coffee and should probably start paying them rent soon. I'm also always heading downtown for the Camino, Bar Plata, Plonk, and Cloth and Crown. My favorite local hike is Crazy Canyon because the views are unbeatable.Personal mantra:
Put good energy out. Get good energy back.
I believe that the energy you put out into the world is the energy you attract. This doesn't mean everything in life will be positive if you put out good vibes, but your perspective and how you handle tough things can be. I always try to remind myself that challenges are opportunities for growth, and I want my clients to feel that growth for themselves both on and off their mats. -

Originally from Dillon. I came to Missoula to go to school and run track at the University. I immediately fell in love with Missoula’s music scene, river/trail access, and welcoming community!
My favorite prop to use in class is medium-weight dumbbells; they add that edge to the basic Pilates movements and provide a good burn! In my classes, you can expect to see basic compound strength movements mixed with Pilates full-body combos!
Outside of the studio, I am a full-time personal trainer! When I’m not coaching, you can find me hiking with my dog, listening to live music, taking a fitness class around town, or on the river with my fiancé!
I LOVE music, so you will definitely hear a mix of everything in my classes. My playlists will mostly be a mix of R&B, chill rap, and Indie pop. You can expect lots of Kendrick Lamar, SZA, The Weekend, and Frank Ocean.
I want people to leave my classes feeling energized, confident, and grounded.

Green Source, Waterworks, and Tagliare.Personal mantra:
“I am grateful for all that I have and focus on the good in my life. I am worthy of self-love, and I am excited for the new opportunity each day brings.”

My favorite class prop? Resistance bands, all the way! Expect big booty gains and a whole lot of burn in my classes.
If I’m not teaching Pilates, I’m spending time with my three-legged kitty, Cowboy Charlie, whom I absolutely adore. When I’m not snuggling him, you can find me enjoying outdoor adventures or social activities with family and friends. And when I’m not caught up in those moments, I’m dreaming up my next international adventure. I’m always oscillating between cozy moments at home and chasing new experiences, finding joy in both.
Music is a huge part of my life, and I’m always on the hunt for new artists to love. In my classes, you can expect a vibey collection of tracks, blending familiar favorites with fresh discoveries. Don’t be surprised if you find yourself resisting the urge to Shazam mid-workout! I promise to deliver an auditory experience that complements the physical one, making every class as uplifting for your ears as it is for your body.
I want you to leave my class feeling accomplished, energized, and proud of showing up for yourself. My goal is to create an experience that leaves a lasting positive impact on both mind and body, reminding you of the power in taking time for self-care.
Go-to spot in Missoula:
Missoula might not have many hidden gems left, but a tried-and-true staple for me is Rockin’ Rudy’s. I recently got a record player, and I love browsing their extensive record collection, not to mention all the other eclectic treasures they have. It’s the perfect spot to discover something unique!Personal mantra:
"The trouble is, you think you have time." This reminds me that life is fleeting, and time isn’t guaranteed. It pushes me to live fully in the present, prioritize what truly matters, and live intentionally, so I leave no room for regret. -

                      Erika
Originally from Butte. I moved to Missoula for college and immediately felt at home. From day one, Missoula's easy-going atmosphere and kindhearted community have been impossible to leave!
My favorite prop at The Well is the ankle weights because they provide an effective challenge and, honestly, are really cute! For my classes, expect to use 1-2 props. I believe proper form is the best way to see results, but props can elevate movements and are a tangible way to track improvement.
Outside of teaching Pilates, I’m enrolled in the University of Montana's School Counseling Master's program. When I’m not studying, I’m usually walking or hiking with my dog Sloane. You can also find me at Hype House Studio, where I coach spin and strength classes. If I’m not schooling, walking, or spinning, I’m likely binge-watching The Real Housewives with a face mask on and a hot drink in hand!
In my classes, you can expect to hear a mix of hip-hop, rap, soft pop, and alternative music. I’m a long-time lover of A$AP Rocky, Kacey Musgraves, James Blake, and Kendrick Lamar. More recently, you’ll find Chappell Roan, Fred Again, Taylor Swift, and RÜFÜS DU SOL on my Spotify. My music taste can be described as mellow beats with a catchy chorus or strong bridge (i.e., Down Bad by Taylor or Good, Luck Babe! by Chappell).
I want people to leave my class feeling grounded and refreshed. For 45 minutes, you can connect to yourself and be present in the moment.
Go-to’s in Missoula:

When it comes to favorite props in class, the stability ball wins. It’s one of the most versatile props—you can use it to intensify a move or modify it, offering lots of options for any level. Plus, they’re super cute!
Outside the studio, you’ll likely find me making music or spending time outdoors, soaking in all that Missoula has to offer.
In my classes, you can expect playlists that lean toward the lower BPMs and are inspired by how I’m feeling, who I’m currently obsessed with, or even the weather that day. My go-tos often include Fred Again, SiR, Hippo Campus, The Japanese House, and Kendrick.
After a class with me, I hope you leave feeling a little more at peace and maybe even having learned something new.
As for favorite local spots? Right now, I’m loving Black Coffee and my couch—both perfect for recharging.
Personal mantra:
“There is a quote in stoicism that talks about staying ready so you don’t have to get ready. Life inevitably throws challenges our way, and I think it’s a powerful mindset to carry forward: trusting that we’re built to face adversity. Movement opens us up for this—to be mentally and physically prepared for the push and pull of life’s ebb and flow.” -

                      Sydni S.
I am originally from Helena, MT. I moved to Missoula nine years ago for school but quickly fell in love with the Missoula community and decided to call it home!
The stability ball has become my favorite prop, but I love the ankle and wrist weights too. Both are simple ways to add extra burn into movements. When it comes to props, I like to keep everything simple!
When I’m not at The Well, I’m likely at one of my other jobs or spending quality time with my people. I work as an esthetician at KINDRED skin + sole, and one morning a week I’m making coffee at the Loose Caboose.
SZA is a consistent artist in all of my playlists, but I have a wide variety on my Spotify so it will depend on the day! My top five artists of 2024 were SZA, Gracie Abrams, Billie Eilish, Kendrick Lamar, and Taylor Swift.
I want people to feel strong and clear minded when they are leaving the studio after one of my classes.
Go- to’s in Missoula:
So many local goodies! The Good Food Store, Le Petit, and The Roxy are high up on my list.Personal mantra:

Originally from Missoula, I spent the last 15 years in NYC and LA before making my way back home. Now, I’m so happy to be raising my kids in this beautiful place that has always had my heart.
Hand weights are my go-to prop—they’re just so versatile! But honestly, I love using all the props to keep things fresh and fun in class.
When I’m not teaching Pilates, I’m most likely chasing a toddler, nursing a newborn, or heading to the park with my kiddos. I also teach dance and love getting outside for a walk or hike whenever the weather cooperates.
You can expect a little bit of everything on my playlists—lots of pop and early 2000s throwbacks, with some surprises mixed in to keep the energy just right.
After class, I want you to feel strong, confident, and rejuvenated… with maybe a little soreness in the best way ;)
Go-to’s in Missoula:
Le Petit’s oat milk cappuccino and chocolate croissant are my happy place. Add in a farmers market stroll or a Waterworks hike and I’m all smiles.Personal mantra:
Move your body, shift your energy. Change your energy, change your life. -

I grew up in Nebraska, but have been in Missoula since middle school. I met my husband here, went to college at the U, fell in love with our college town. We moved to Whitefish for a few years for work, but ultimately moved back home to Missoula in 2023 and we’re building our dream house. I am definitely here to stay.
I love the stability balls and weights. Clients can expect to see me using these props to target deep core engagement and get into the obliques. I secretly love to feel those tiny muscles get sore!
When I’m not at the studio, you can find me out running the trails, riding my mtn bike with my husband, hiking my dog, Archie, or reading on the patio. Pretty much anything that involves the outdoors, count me in.
When it comes to music I love it all. Pop, rap, edm, 90s alternative, etc. And you know I’m going to sneak a Taylor Swift song into every playlist.
After taking my class I want you to feel happy, accomplished and strong. In my opinion, there are no better feelings in the world.

If I’m not teaching Pilates, you’ll likely find me trail running or baking elaborate recipes. Sourdough croissants are a current favorite.
Expect beats that keep you going, but with lyrics that can get you in your feels. (And if you’re curious, I'm loving The Kid LAROI right now!)
After class with me, I want you to feel capable and thinking, “Woah, I didn’t know I had those muscles!”
Go-to spot in Missoula:
Right now, I’m obsessed with House of Sky for trail running, and Grist for pastries afterward.Personal mantra:

                      shalina
Born and raised in Missoula, I lived out of state for a few years but now I’m back!
I love the Bala ankle and wrist weights — they’re just two pounds, but some days they feel like twenty. Rude. And the Pilates ball is always a favorite, too!
In my free time, I love to read — you’ll often find my Kindle and me at the park on sunny evenings. On weekends, I’m usually with my stunning friends at the farmers market, Plonk, or out hiking. I also love BBQs and dinners at my parents’ house. When I’m home, I’m either working on a puzzle or a crochet project, with my cat Boosie keeping me company.
Honestly, you can expect everything when it comes to music! I’ll go from Lauryn Hill to Def Leppard without blinking — blame my childhood. I like to stay within a theme for each class though, whether that’s Charlie XCX, Bad Bunny, Country, 90s hip-hop, or early 2000s.
I want people to leave class feeling like they belong. My classes are a space where everyone feels confident to show up as they are and leave a little stronger — mentally and physically. Think full-body workout meets group therapy session (with giggles).
Go-to’s in Missoula:
Missoula in general is my favorite spot! For food and drinks — Good Food Store (I have celiac, so I basically live there), Sushi Hana, Plonk, Clyde, and Nitro. For non-edible goodies, I love Betty’s and Homeroom. And you can usually find me at Greeno Park or Waterworks for a stroll.Personal mantra:
A twerk a day keeps the doctor away — LOL. But more seriously, “Sis, you are the mood!” Everyone has a light that no one can dim or replicate. Living in the realization that you are your own healer, hero, and leader will change your whole experience. -

The stability ball is my favorite prop — it’s so versatile and holds a special place in my heart!
When I’m not teaching Pilates, I’m momming, making lists, watching ASMR, or studying my natal chart and transits 💫
Expect upbeat energy in my classes! From house and rap-trap remixes to sultry or girly pop — the playlists always set the vibe.
My goal is for you to leave class feeling strong, hyped for the day, and confident!
Go-to’s in Missoula:

                      Delaney
I’m from Fort Collins, Colorado! I originally came to Missoula for school and soccer, but I fell in love with this town and community — and I’ve never left.
Ankle weights are my favorite prop! They add just the right amount of extra challenge to really feel that Pilates burn. Plus, they double as the cutest little style accessory to any workout fit!
When I’m not in the studio (which is rare, because I’m totally obsessed—haha), you can usually find me at Draught Works doing my thing as their marketing coordinator. Otherwise, I’m cozied up in my robe with a movie, out at happy hour with my roomies and besties, or on the sidelines cheering for Montana soccer!
When it comes to music, expect a total mix — from chill rap to girly pop to those oldies-but-goodies bangers! If you catch me singing along in class (and trust me, you will), I can only hope you enjoy my “wonderful” vocals. Basically, you’re getting a little bit of everything in the playlist lineup!
My goal is for you to leave class feeling accomplished, strong, and confident. I want you to be proud of showing up for yourself, refreshed from moving your body, and empowered by pushing your limits — all while deepening your mind-body connection and having fun with a great Pilates burn!
Go-to’s in Missoula:
Food – Camino basically knows me by name at this point. My go-to combo: happy hour margs, chips & guac, and their wings. Chef’s kiss.
Drinks – Okay, I might be biased… but Draught Works is the spot for amazing beers and seltzers (Citrus Cowboy has my heart). The whole place is just a vibe!
Breakie – Nitro Coffee’s cold brew with seasonal cold foam and a La Boca breakfast sandwich. So good!
Hike – Waterworks Hill or the classic M Trail, of course!Personal mantra:

                      Nicole
Originally from Southern California, I’m brand new to Missoula! I came here to be closer to family who live in this beautiful state. Montana’s pure nature and awe-inspiring landscapes intrigued me — I felt a call to explore all the magic this state has to offer, from the vast hiking trails and peaceful lakes to the tranquil rivers, grounding plants, and the beauty of four distinct seasons.
I love all the props — it’s hard to pick just one! I get excited about anything Pilates, so mixing and matching props is my favorite. If I had to choose, I’d pick the stability ball and resistance band. There are so many creative ways to use them that keep class fun and interesting.
Beyond the studio, I love spending time with my family (brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews) and my sweet pup, Maggie. We enjoy long walks, sitting by the river, and curling up on the couch with a good book. I’m also a plant-based home chef and love experimenting with new recipes for family and friends. I’m currently pursuing a certification in aromatherapy and loving it! When I’m not doing that, you can find me making homemade skincare products, working on an art project, taking a dance or yoga class, or hiking.
I’m in my mellow, soft-girl era (lol). I tend to lean toward chill, feel-good vibes but love mixing in upbeat and fun pop songs for a little dance-party energy. My playlists are a blend of both — a soundtrack for all moods.
My hope is that you leave class feeling more connected to your mind, body, and heart — uplifted, centered, and empowered to be yourself fully in this world. When we tend to ourselves and fill our cups from the inside out, life naturally ripples in positive ways.
Go-to’s in Missoula:
I love hiking around the Rattlesnake area and grabbing a satisfying lunch at the Good Food Store — so yummy! I can’t wait to discover more hidden gems in this sweet mountain town.Personal mantra:
